Micro-Filtered

A method of filtering out spoilage or pathogenic organisms to increase the shelf life of a food product (i.e. milk-filtered milk giving longer shelf life) or decontaminate the food product/ingredient i.e. in high care or high-risk sites (i.e. a Cryptosporidium filter for water.)
