
Can be used to apply various bread coating applications, depending on the particular requirements of the processed food product. Techniques include Rotating Drum, Flipping, Tossing or Flatbed applied (with tamping rollers). Technique selection being dependant on both the finish required and the delicate nature of the product (e.g. chicken nuggets & tenders, fish products and vegetables etc.).Must be carefully controlled for QUID and organoleptic purposes.
