Potency

The amount and severity of reaction for those who suffer an allergic reaction from an allergen. For example, egg is more potent than fish, i.e. for sufferers of an egg allergy, only trace amounts could trigger a severe reaction whereas with fish, more would have to be ingested to suffer a severe reaction, on average.
