An effective method of cleaning dirty plastic crates/cases. Smaller machines have a two-tank design, which can be separately heated and spray nozzles for each tank, allowing crates to be run through a wash/rinse cycle for complete sanitisation. Larger washers will have several wash tanks and also be able to convey crates/cases at up to 2,000 per hour. Some machines have an ultrasonic option which is designed to aid overall cleaning by interacting with electrostatic charges which can build upon plastic crates.
