
Used for verification of the clean of equipment or environment. Usually a swab sent to a laboratory to test for TVC and Enteros. This is a good indicator of the efficacy of the clean. Enteros should be <10, TVC can commonly be <100 or less than 1000 depending on the FBO care regime.
