
Extra cleaning programme designed to remove soils that have built up over an extended period of time. Can be deemed an interim clean – but of the same product, usually a long run of a standard product. Common in cooked meat sites where the packing line will start to see a build up of Enteros (that then contaminates product) due to debris found in trap points in slicing.
