
One of the most basic and most important procedures in entering a food premises. The human hand has a natural micro flora of bacteria, however, it can also harbour pathogens due to poor personal hygiene or touching the environment that is unclean. Enteros, viruses and E coli can often be found on the hands and some people are a natural Staphylococcus aureus handler, that can be present on the hand, again due to poor personal hygiene practices.
