Bottle Rinsers – Rotary

This describes machinery that is used to rinse depalletised one-way glass and PET bottles (also cans) prior to them being filled with product. Generally installed as multihead rotary bottle rinsers designed to match the filling line speed. There are different types of rinsers, using a variable amount of water, sanitiser solution or ozonated water. Other bottle rinsers can also provide multiple rinse cycles and ionized air rinse. Important for microbiological integrity, can sometimes be a CCP in some bottling operations.
