Equipment that is designed to take carton blanks and form finished cartons which are closed, folded, side-seamed and then ultimately sealed. Machines can either be end-load vertical or horizontal end-load cartoners, the difference being in the way the carton blank is fed and opened. Depending on the product and application, the formed cartons can be filled either manually or automatically.
