Complaint Investigation

Some serious complaints, like a foreign body complaint or and allergen complaint, can result in an in-depth investigation. This is normally to understand root cause and ensure corrective and preventative actions are in place to ensure the same complaint is not repeated. It can often uncover a weakness in the quality management system, HACCP, training or Management controls.
