Risk Assessment

A tool becoming more commonly used in all areas quality/technical in food manufacturing today. A common way of using risk assessment is likelihood Vs severity using a scoring system. This can then decipher the frequency of check at a control or establish the basis of all policies, procedures and systems in an FBO.
