Sulphites

One of the 14 allergens as classified by the EU. Sulphites or sulphur dioxide (SO2) is classified as an allergen only at levels of >10ppm. Can cause reactions similar to asthma so is believed to go undetected as a food product being the source and therefore may be more prevalent than currently realised.
