Designed for large scale cheese mechanical making. Depending on the process, machines are equipped with two, three or four adjustable speed conveyors, individually driven and mounted above each other in a stainless steel frame. The curd from the Cheese Making Tank is processed as it travels along each conveyor and then milled into uniform sized chips, when it can then be salted or left unsalted. Hygiene is important here to prevent the build up of Enteros.
For more information on Enteros, see Enteros Micro Data Profile.
